We have had different (smaller) watch winders over the years, mechanical/electric. This one is a winner. It is actually quieter in my opinion than others we have had in the past, I used to think there was some kind of machine on with previous watch winders, this one is quiet and can fade into the background as white noise.

The watch pillow holders are easy and convenient to use when taking a watch out/putting back in. I have had others that were not very flexible and it was tedious to take a watch out.

Letting mechanical watches sit idle is not a good idea, as they can seize up and require costly repairs. Both functional and elegant, this winder seems to be an ideal way of avoiding that. I chose the fourth of its five programs for both of my Swiss mechanical watches: This program rotates the watch one way and then the other, repeatedly. I believe that such a back and forth movement is the best simulation of actually wearing a watch. Both watches are keeping nearly perfect time and I don’t need to worry if I want (or need) to wear one of them for weeks at a time. The wood box is a perfect match for my bedroom furniture, but you can also get leather or piano black. I like the cushion, which is very soft and fits my watch perfectly without stressing them. Overall, I can’t imagine a better solution to keeping my watches running accurately. I highly recommend it.

I bought my wife a Rolex for her birthday earlier this year, but I've tried two different watch boxes that are made for small wrists and both had pillow that were too stiff to use so I had to return them. This pillow is really very plush and I had no problem securing it.

The box itself is a nice polished wood-looking box which is nice to look at.
In terms of noise, I would compare it to a little louder than a clock, but instead of a discrete tick and tock, it's a continuous moving of gears, which makes it really easy to ignore. In fact, you probably won't notice it had I not tell you about it.

This product was priced at a reasonable amount in comparison to other brands and is doing the same job as the high end ones.
A lesson you don't always have to get the big name items.

I've had this Watch Winder since January 2021. My wife uses it for her Rolex. This company is simply amazing to deal with. I had a small issue, they answered and solved it immediately. The Watch Winder looks very nice and she is proud to display it. I was a little leary at first because the price was so affordable. When we received it and turned it on it was so,so quiet and looks elegant. My wife is a very light sleeper and this does not bother her being on during the night. I am so happy that I didn't spend over $200.00 for a single Watch Winder. If you're wondering what you should do. Think no further and buy this Winder. Well made with a simple classic design. The window takes up the front and top so the watch is really displayed. Perfectly silent with smooth motion.
Be careful of the weight of the watch - the heavier the watch, the tighter it should be wrapped into the folder to keep the weight central.
And I really like this green color, so elegant.

I have been using this watch winder for ~ 5 months. So far so good.

First of all, this winder is very quiet. Quieter than my laptop. I can only hear the faint sound of its motor when I am within a foot of it in a quiet night. If the AC is on, the AC airflow will bury the winder's sound.

And, I like it classic look. Very elegant and matches the classic watches perfectly.

Absolutely a beautiful winder. I bought the piano wood finish. It’s extremely well made. Classy looking, and works great for my Rolex Datejust I just got as an early holiday present. My wrist is super small. The soft removable microfiber pillow in the unit supported the small size bracelet. It has not slipped off nor even moved. It’s very secure.There is zero noise when it’s turning, and I have the unit right next to my bed. Awesome value for the money! I highly recommend this unit!

I'm currently trying to think of something I don't like about it, or something I would change, but I can't find anything that I would change. Everything works as expected.

Loudness: It's very quiet. It sits about 5 feet from my bed and I can't hear it at all.

Build Quality: The material and build is just as great. Made of high quality ebony wood and works well.

Overall: very impressed

I purchased this as a gift for my husband and he loves it - now he can wear his watch when he wants without having to manually rotate it. The craftsmanship and appearance are of high quality with a very rich look. The sound level is so low that unless you are focused on it you will not hear it running.

Very nice product. Looks even better in person than in the photos on-line. Runs very quietly. I like the choice of 4 different winding modes, but I haven't figured out yet which mode is best for my watches. My Breitling Galactic 44 stays wound very nicely. However, my Raymond Weil Parsifal keeps stopping if I leave it on the winder too long. But this is an issue with this particular watch not the JQUEEN winder. It's works very well. I just need to figure out which winding mode best suits the movement in the Raymond Weil watch. I have already been contacted by JQUEEN Direct via email to follow up and make sure I am satisfied with my order. Good customer service. If I ever have a problem with the winder I am confident that they will assist me. I'm very happy with my purchase and the quality of the winder.

Let me start off by saying, you can't compare this product to an Orbita winder or other high end winders. What you can and should do is compare it to the cheaper brands in the same class. I don't go to Micky D's and expect 5 star service or food. If I were to rate Micky D's, I would have to compare it to other fast food chains. So my review is strictly based on comparison to comparable products. My expectations on this product was on something your paying almost 80% less. Translation....low expectations.

Highly recommend this product! Upon receiving the product, came very well packaged and protected. After opening, pleasantly surprised at the quality. Piano gloss casing, sturdy base, and overall nice look and feel. One thing that could use a little more work on are the watch pillows, it does the job, but it's just stuffed with synthetic filler and it's not stitched on the back. Again, for a product that 80% less, not complaining. So far, this product is exceeding my expectations.

How the product works. As described, has four dial settings on the back for the separate winders, variance is the timings on frequency of rotation. Note: this is a full rotation, not a swinging back and forth movement. I set up the watches and selected the appropriate setting and listened. Extremely quiet! Pleasantly surprised. Exceeding my expectations once again. After a couple of days and nights of use, I did notice the sound of the motor increases and at times there is a rhythmic "tapping" sound. It goes away after I turn off when not in use. Note to self, this could be a problem in the future. Maybe it's lack of lubrication. Wish there was a way for me to add WD or oil to the mechanism. Still, very pleased.

Seller service. Absolutely stellar! There was a small issue with the hinge, as expected on mass produced items, and I contacted the seller. They were responsive and wanted to make things right, which they did. They were in touch frequently and I got a genuine feeling they wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied. I just hope this service quality remains if I report the "tapping" in the future (less than 1 year).

For the price, quality, and level of service you get, buy this product.

I have a 45mm watch and I was looking for a winder that could hold my watch. I had experience with different winders where the watch would scratch the glass of the winder. This winder is great. Has enough room to hold large sized watches and it has independent controls for each of the motors. Pillows are nice and you can easily fit almost any sized bracelet or strap. Oh, almost forgot! It is quiet! I am really happy with the product. Thanks.

Arrived in perfect condition. Nicer than expected. Just need to count the turns per minute yourself to pick the correct minute winding setting. Working great for now!

The product arrived on time and was exactly as described. The winder is fairly large and looks quite impressive. It it beautiful. It operates perfectly with the switches determining which program to utilize for winding an automatic watch appropriately.

I tested the winder by winding my watches for 60 hours. None wound down- telling me that the winder was able to at least keep them running. After that, I let them all run to see how much reserve power they had accumulated. They all wound down quicker than their respective power reserve, letting me know that the winder was not over winding or adding unnecessary stress to the automatic winding system. The winder keeps the watches wound enough for me to use one at any time without having to wind and reset it.

It is virtually silent when the lid is closed and even with the lid open, the bumper wind system on my vintage Omega makes more noise than the winding motors. I am very pleased with this purchase and will recommend this product to anyone in need of a quality winder.

If I ever need another high quality winder, JQueen is at the top of my list. The winder is beautiful, efficient, and quiet.

A reliable and very nice watch winder. A real centrepiece that requires space and draws attention. Works flawlessly for a half year now. It has a little noise when it is open but closing the cover reduces it to bearly noticeable. Recommend.

I have Ebel and Tag watches, so I can only speak to those as it relates to this watch winder. I bought a different brand, trying to save $20. It came, was poorly built, already have the interior coming apart. So I went to JQueen. This is my second JQueen watch winder. I have too many watches for the 4 dock, and needed to get a larger one. This one came. Packed perfectly. Easy set up. And days later, it is running flawlessly. It looks better than the picture, as does my other one.
Bottom line, don't waste your time looking at other winders, or better prices. Grab this one and smile.

So far so good and worth the wait: It is a beautiful case and interior and the winder motors are virtually silent no clunking at certain points like my cheaper winder would do. I really like the 6 watch-slots inside at the front to keep my quartz watches so they are all in one place. The case is well made with nice hinges. Each two-watch pad winder has it's own setting control really nice as two of my auto's require a little less wind-time than the other two.

I recently decided to expand my automatic watch collection, and wanted to have something that would serve as both a display and a winder.

As far as the winder itself goes, it looks far more expensive than it is. No, the display is NOT glass. It's acrylic plastic. Don't know how anyone could mistake that for glass. The finish is a deep red veneer that goes well with our cherry furniture. The watch pads are adjustable, I find that for the size of my wrist, taking off the outer cushion is perfect for my watches. As my watch shifts a little bit as it revolves. I'd recommend putting a smaller watch next to a larger watch, just to be safe.

Overall I'm pleased with this unit. If you have a small watch collection and want to keep them on display and not have to mess with winding them every other day, this does the trick. Just wish they would have made it with a standard number of revolutions. That's really the only thing separating this unit from far more expensive ones.

This is the third JQueen watch winder that I have purchased. Obviously, I would not have bought two more if I didn't like them. They arrive extremely well packed and no damage. Set up is very easy. These motors are extremely quiet compared to others I purchased (not JQueen) and have thrown away due to poor quality and quick working. I had one minor problem with a hinge on the first one and the customer service was excellent.. As with all 3, the pockets for the watches are too shallow for large men's watches. No problem for my wife's watches. My wife remedied the problem by making larger pillows to hold my watches in place, but I do wish they would make these to accommodate the 50mm men's automatic watches with large bracelets. All in all, very nice watch winder for the money and I would recommend them. Yes, you can probably find higher quality, but spend 10 times as much, if not more.

Overall, the winder is very attractive. It also lives up to the "quiet" description and is barely audible. When it comes to the winding functions make sure you look up your watch maker's recommendations for daily turns. I had to do some quick and simple math to figure out which setting would work best. All my watches recommend 600-800 turns daily, so I use setting four before I go to bed, which gives close to the right amount of turns. I do turn it off during the day, as keeping it on would turn my watches way too many times and potentially damage them.

For the price you pay, you get a decent product. It looks attractive and functions as it should. If you look too close you can definitely see imperfections and signs of mediocre workmanship. Keep in mind that the product is coming from China, so your experience may vary. However, the quick and considerate customer service made up for any shortcomings.

In conclusion, considering that my local jeweler is selling a similar-looking winder for around $750, I am happy with what I got.
