Avis9/16/20225 5 5Impressive Winder For The Money!Absolutely a beautiful winder. I bought the piano wood finish. It’s extremely well made. Classy looking, and works great for my Rolex Datejust I just got as an early holiday present. My wrist is super small. The soft removable microfiber pillow in the unit supported the small size bracelet. It has not slipped off nor even moved. It’s very secure.There is zero noise when it’s turning, and I have the unit right next to my bed. Awesome value for the money! I highly recommend this unit!

Jay L.9/6/20225 5 5Better than expected.This watch winder is much better than expected. Previous winders looked shoddy, were not as quiet as advertised, and one cover broke quickly. The lid hinge was nailed into the particle board side walls, and were loosening almost from the beginning. The JQUEEN impressed me by having metal rails that were screwed into the frame, and it looks like they would last a long time. The case is highly polished and looks like the quality of fine furniture, although that is unlikely. I think it is attractive enough to sit on the nightstand in the bedroom, but my wife insists it is meant for a shelf in the closet. The motor is very, very quiet, and would not be noticed if it was next to our bed. The program options are very simple to understand and to use. The only criticism I could make is that the watch pillows are not as "foamy" as expected, but they work perfectly, and do not warrant downgrading the winder even a fraction of a point. I've only had this for two days, but at this point I give it 5 stars. We'll see how I rate it after about 6 months. I expect my opinion to be unchanged.

It was beautifully designed and worked quietly. Then, one morning I noticed my watch in the JQueen stopped. It was as if the machine was "dead" Had a long weekend and so was my watch. I'm not a very demanding person, but I think a reasonable person would expect over three months of service from a $100 investment. Of course, I may have received "Lemon," but from some of the other reviews, it appears that "Sudden Death Syndrome" is not unique to my JQueen. So, I would caution anyone looking for a two-watch winder to be sure The amount approached JQueen with caution because you might be buying a $100 doorstop. This is an update. To my complete surprise and complete delight, within 24 hours of submitting the above, I received an email from JQueen Email, sorry about the problem I was having, and about the product failure. JQueen offered to send me mediation and, for me, a free winder replacement. For those of us who buy everything online, "Excellent customer service" is a phrase that has the same meaning as "far in the galaxy. Long, long, long ago.." because while Amazon is helpful and easy to buy online, it's not a customer service Well known in the industry. Well, JQueen was an exception, I responded positively to emails I received, and as promised, within a week, a new, fully functional JQueen double watch winder sat quietly On my dresser, winding my watch. Honestly, I'm blown away by the dealer's reaction to the "failed" product and the apparent pain. So, let me turn it upside down and assert that JQueen offers elegant handcraft Made products, like all electronic equipment, it has occasional failures. The good news is that JQueen stands by its products and is committed to making sure its customers are happy with their value for money. I wholeheartedly recommend JQueen for its products Quality and support of the products sold. Five stars, no question. (I will follow up with an update on my JQueen in six months.)"

Jaspal Weaver2/13/20224 4 4Good looking watch winder - pair it with a smart plug if TPD is a concernThis is a beautiful two-watch winder - it starts silently. The instructions say there is a TPD (revolutions per day) setting on the winder, but it doesn't. Other reviews correctly point out that the watch may overwrap if left on this winder - each watch has a unique TPD (easy to find via googling). Workaround: Connect this device to a smart plug. My watch has a TPD of 650, so after doing the calculations (8 rpm, 4 minutes anti-clockwise and 4 minutes CW per hour), I programmed the smart plug to power the winding for 10 hours a day at 640 rpm (for safety's sake) for the sake of it) - problem solved.

(He's 24) So far it's been working really well. would recommend. I've seen some watch winders on sale for $50 after Christmas, but they're not as good as this one

Keep the AC in the safe so I don't have to worry about batteries. Works better than my previous winder. Good quality and I love the targeting option! Hope this helps!
