First of all, this winder is very quiet. Quieter than my laptop. I can only hear the faint sound of its motor when I am within a foot of it in a quiet night. If the AC is on, the AC airflow will bury the winder's sound.
And, I like it classic look. Very elegant and matches the classic watches perfectly.

I read some other reviews and I heard some people say they may have had a few minor issues with it such as low noise blah blah blah. The one thing I kept hearing was that if they complained jqueen contacted them immediately and fixed the issue. That is the main reason why I chose this winder. With that being said, I have no idea what people were saying about a low noise. This box is SILENT! Not a buzz nothing!! Completely silent. There has to be something wrong with you if you put your ear to the box and try to hear a sound. That is unnecessary. The box is dead silent. The box is beautiful, looks amazing!!!! BUILT AMAZING!!! Hard wood, SOLID. VERY VERY BEAUTIFUL. People see it in my house and go O. M. G. What is that? That is so cool. I couldn't be happier. My friend has one, it's a wolf, the best you can get and he is blown away by this box. Bottom line is THE BOX IS SILENT. BOX IS BUILT STRONG. BOX WINDS THE WATCHES PERFECTLY. Box has 4 settings. No need for more then that. THIS ITEM I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. ITEM IS AMAZING.

This is easily the quietest watch winder I have ever bought, it is almost totally silent. I have only had it for a couple of months, so time will tell if it remains that way, but for now it is excellent. Can't fault it, highly recommended.

Sara Burton2/18/20225 5 5Dissatisfied with the motor crash, shocked by the factory response!!"I was satisfied until the JQueen broke about three months after buying it. It had a nice design and worked quietly. Then, one morning, I noticed that my watch in the JQueen stopped. It was as if the machine was "dead" Had a long weekend and so was my watch. I'm not a very demanding person, but I think a reasonable person would expect over three months of service from a $100 investment. Of course, I may have received "Lemon,"", but from some of the other reviews, it appears that "Sudden Death Syndrome" is not unique to my JQueen. So, I would caution anyone looking for a two-watch winder to be sure The amount approached JQueen with caution because you might be buying a $100 doorstop. This is an update. To my complete surprise and complete delight, within 24 hours of submitting the above, I received an email from JQueen Email, sorry about the problem I was having, and about the product failure. JQueen offered to send me mediation and, for me, a free winder replacement. For those of us who buy everything online, "Excellent customer service" is a phrase that has the same meaning as "far in the galaxy. Long, long, long ago.." because while Amazon is helpful and easy to buy online, it's not a customer service Well known in the industry. Well, JQueen was an exception, I responded positively to emails I received, and as promised, within a week, a new, fully functional JQueen double watch winder sat quietly On my dresser, winding my watch. Honestly, I'm blown away by the dealer's reaction to the "failed" product and the apparent pain. So, let me turn it upside down and assert that JQueen offers elegant handcraft Made products, like all electronic equipment, it has occasional failures. The good news is that JQueen stands by its products and is committed to making sure its customers are happy with their value for money. Leandro Dunn2/17/20225 5 5Nice looking watch winder - if TPD is a concern, match it with a smart plugThis is a beautiful two-watch winder - silent on start. Instructions indicate that there is a TPD (revolutions per day) setting on the winder, but no setting. Other reviews correctly point out that the watch can be wound if left on this Excessive winding on the watch - every watch has a characteristic TPD (easy to find by googling). Workaround: connect this device to a smart plug. My watch has a TPD of 650, so after doing the math (8 rpm, 4 minutes counter clockwise and 4 minutes clockwise every hour) I programmed the smart plug to power the winder for 10 hours a day at 640 revolutions (to be on the safe side) - problem solved.

Capricorn One1/20/20225 5 5Nice Looking, Works Great.JQUEEN Double Automatic Watch Winder for Rolex- Black & Ebony with Quiet Japanese Mabuchi Motor? I purchased this as a gift for my husband. He loves it. It has a wonderful expensive look to it and the wood grain goes nicely with our furniture. He has it on his dresser and puts his watches in it. It turns on automatically and revolves around. It is very quiet and although I have great hearing it doesn't disturb me at all. We have had it for a month and so far it works great. I recommend it.

Jorge Alonso7/26/20194 4 4Calculate You Turns Per Day (tpd). You Will Need A TimerSuper quiet and looks great. I'd call this a great value, with one caveat: you need to calculate how many turns per day you need. Here's how: If the unit turns once every 10 seconds on the first setting (2 minutes turning plus 6 resting). This means an 8-minute cycle with 20 turns. In 24 hours, this cycle would happen 180 times. This means that the first setting will have 3600 TPD. Most Swiss watches recommend 650-900 TPD to keep your watch in good working condition. Solution: use a timer and run it for only 5 hours. I run mine at night, and literally next to me and it makes absolutely no sound. I'm deducting one star for the lack of an actual explanation of the math in the manual when that's what really matters. The unit I got had the piece that holds the watches came detached from the assembly. I put it back and it works fine. I contacted the seller regarding this and they were extremely responsive. Definitely, the kind of seller you want to find when shopping.

The wooden case is beautiful and the interior material is nice and soft, so I know that the watches would be kept in good condition while I leave them in there to store and to wind when not in use. Love that it provides different options if the winding movements. The quality of the case looks really nice and sturdy. You can trust JQUEEN.
