Quincy9/15/20225 5 5Amazing product, BUY ITI've had this Watch Winder since January 2021. My wife uses it for her Rolex. This company is simply amazing to deal with. I had a small issue, they answered and solved it immediately. The Watch Winder looks very nice and she is proud to display it. I was a little leary at first because the price was so affordable. When we received it and turned it on it was so,so quiet and looks elegant. My wife is a very light sleeper and this does not bother her being on during the night. I am so happy that I didn't spend over $200.00 for a single Watch Winder. If you're wondering what you should do. Think no further and buy this Winder. You will not be disappointed with the Watch Winder or the Service.

I don't know how you know whether your watch needs to move CW or CCW, so I went with the last option. lather, rinse, repeat. It is so quiet I literally cannot hear it moving. I was going to put it in my office, but even in my bedroom right next to my bed, I cannot hear a thing. I know others have said it breaks after two months, but for now, it's working perfectly. Best of all, my watches are always at the right time when I go to change to a different watch depending upon how I feel that day. I have an Omega Speedmaster (the moon watch) and a Seiko 5 automatic series on it right now, and they ain't complaining!

FJD9/5/20224 4 4Quiet and well made dual watch winderI happened to get this dual winder when it had a $10 price drop.
This dual winder is well made, very solid, looks great and is very quiet. It can run with the included AC adapter, or with batteries.There is enough space between the 2 watch holders so that even large watches fit very well without bumping into each other as on some other models. I gave it 4 stars only because I needed to modify the "pillow" that holds the watches. Maybe I have a large wrist, but the pillows were just a bit small to hold the watches very tight. They were not very loose, but my watches did shift side to side as they rotated. Not a lot of side to side, but enough for me to want it to stop. I took a small piece of the foam packing layer that came with the watch, folded it over and added it under the watch band as it locked onto the pillow. Problem solved.
This item is packed extremely well for shipping and arrived in pristine condition. The finish is flawless, but more importantly it is well made. Runs quiet and has several options for the winding direction and frequency. The interior is finished with a soft material and it comes with a microfiber cloth to keep it all clean and smudge free. It looks great on my desk.....and did I say it was quiet! I am very pleased with this purchase so far. -

Inaya Walker1/24/20225 5 5This company has developed further!This company goes further! I bought a double winding machine 2 years ago. It had a problem a few months ago and eventually crashed. I contacted manufacturer JQUEEN and they were very helpful. After removing some obstacles, they determined that I needed to replace the motor. After waiting for a while, today finally arrived. There was a youtube during the installation process, and after about 20 minutes, my winder was working again. Although the equipment is out of warranty, they can help me put it back into use for free. BTW... Absolutely quiet during operation. I hope more companies support their products and fulfill their promises. thanks

I waited a few months before replying. no problem. There is absolutely nothing else you can add to this box. Beautiful design, great color, sturdiness, richness, and quietness. Multiple settings give you the opportunity to set the winding function that suits your particular watch. CON: I don't know which function is suitable for my watch, so I default to the set. Winding up allows my watch (Rolex, TAG, Tudor, Carl Bucherer) to be worn at any time. I often rotate watches and always have to "set them. I don't know it took me so long to buy this"

After I checked it, the manufacturer contacted me and they very kindly replaced the winder of my watch. I have had it for about a week, and again, it looks very nice and much quieter than the last one. So this must be a one-time problem. This is why I have to update and edit my first comment. Great product, great and highly responsive customer service. I am very satisfied with this winding machine and would recommend it. The quality is very good, the goods are of good quality, and the price is cheap! (Original comment below) The watch winder is beautiful. The workmanship is exemplary and impressive. But it is not as quiet as I hoped. I put mine on the dressing table at the other end of my bedroom, and I can hear it every time it starts to spin. But I slept very lightly, so other people's experiences may be different. But no buyer regretted it.

Gillian Redman1/19/20224 4 4Good price-quality productsInitially, I bought a wooden exterior with a white box, and when it arrived it did not match my furniture. Finally, I bought the ebony one, which is a very modern stylish box! My watch needs about 650 to 700 TPD, so I use the setting 1 or 2 or 3 days after the watch still maintains a good time. The motor is silent, especially when the lid is closed. Let's see how long this winder motor can last. This is what I care about. So far, it's good, it looks great, the structure is very good and the quality is very satisfactory.
