Di9/4/20225 5 5Solid, SUPER QUIET and Great Support...Unfortunately, the first unit I ordered arrived damaged and did not work. But, eMail Support from JQUEEN was solid. Fast and responsive. So... bummer on the failed unit but GOOD JOB on Support.
I returned the bad unit and reordered... I've had this new unit running for 3 weeks now. Not a flaw. SUPER QUIET! Solidly built and beautiful finish.

Aesthetically, it's a mixed bag, but mostly positive. The case itself is really very nice looking, but the interior cushion just looks a little less classy. And, while the spring-loaded watch holder works with all my watches, I thought it could be a little nicer looking, too; the big plastic handles look cheap."
