XU9/4/20224 4 4Super Quiet, Really NiceThis is my first watch winder, and it's almost perfect.
Aesthetically, it's a mixed bag, but mostly positive. The case itself is really very nice looking,but the interior cushion just looks a little less classy. And, while the spring-loaded watch holder works with all my watches, I thought it could be a little nicer looking, too; the big plastic handles look cheap.
Functionally, this is fantastic. I've used it with a number of different watches, and it's been great. There are places online to find the best setting for the movement in your watch (mine all seem to be 650), so using that and the various available winder settings, I can't see this not working for pretty much any watch.
It's also WAY quiet. I'm a light sleeper and have had no issues whatsoever; while you can hear it if you want to, there's no way this would be disturbing, even on a bedside table. Finally, the light is pretty nice; maybe a bit bright, but no big deal since you can turn it off (some winders do not allow that).
So all-in-all, a great winder and an excellent value when compared to the more expensive ones on the market. I'd give it a full five stars for functionality; I only dinged it a star for aesthetics. Look carefully at the pictures - if you're happy with the looks, and don't mind the lack of labeling on the knob, it's a fantastic buy.
