About Laco
In 1925, Lacher&co. was founded by two young German watchmakers, Frieda Lacher and Ludwig Hummel, in Pforzheim, a major watch design and manufacturing town in Germany. The name Laco is derived precisely from the first syllable of Lacher and co. In the early days of the company's establishment, it was committed to the production of precision watch components. Since 1933, Luculent began to produce a series of high-quality watch movements.
