In 1990, at the age of 22, Joerg Schauer became an independent watchmaker. His goal is to combine special design requirements and technical solutions to create high-end watches. In the initial stages, this goal was achieved by customizing timepieces to powerful clients - cases mainly in gold or platinum. But soon he also began to make watches according to his own personal taste. More than 400 watches were born in 5 years; they were sold all over the world, and many became collectibles. In 1995, he launched the plan to establish the "Joerg Schauer" brand in Engelsbrand/Black Forest and launched the first generation of works. The branding is a bezel secured by 12 screws.
