Founded in 1994 by founder Konrad Damasko, Damasko uses high-performance materials technology to develop applications for industries including the aerospace industry.
In 2014, Damasko released the first movement based on its own design. Until then, its watch accessories have relied on companies such as Valjoux.
Damasko holds patents for polysilicon manufacturing components, including springs. The company has also developed a nickel-free nitrogen-rich martensitic alloy with a hardening temperature of up to 64 HRC/800 Vickers.
The Damascus DC56 has been certified as the official Eurofighter test pilot watch. In 2015, Damasko DA38 was nominated by GQ magazine as one of the best men's watches under 2000 euros.
